Here is a news item from ESF EWB President, Lydia Krembs:

On September 27, the student chapter of Engineers Without Borders (EWB) at ESF held their annual EWB barbecue mixer on the ESF quad. The purpose of this mixer is to bring together the three local EWB chapters: the ESF, Syracuse University, and Syracuse Professional Chapter. At the barbeque, they were able to talk about past, present, and future plans within each chapter and also collaboration between chapters. All three groups are excited for what this year holds and what new projects are in store. ESF EWB is currently approaching the finish line with their community water supply project in Buena Vista, Honduras. Find out more details about the club and their work at: or meet with them at 7:00 pm on Wednesdays in Moon Library Room 19. This year’s officers are Lydia Krembs (President), Ana Flores (Vice President), Sam Steele (Treasurer), TJ Decker (Secretary), Kevin Hennigan (Public Relations), and Elliot Alexander (Webmaster).
